Please read camp rules and complete the medical release, talent release and hold harmless agreements.
We are still making final edits to the case. We are using the NJC national case. It is a civil case. We want you to be familiar with the case, but you don't need to start preparing case strategies. Your lab leaders will guide you through that process. We will be using modified Federal Rules of Evidence that are used by the ABA competitions. During our trials we will discuss differences between them and other competitions' rules of evidence. We will provide you with a copy of the case in your trial notebook.
Especially for those new to the activity, we are including a guide on how to read and break down a new case.
