We are still making final edits to the case. It will be a civil case involving a suit against a school district for failing to address bullying. We will be using modified Federal Rules of Evdence that are used by the ABA competitions. During our trials we will discuss differences between them and other competitions' rules of evidence. We will provide you with a copy of the case in your trial notebook.
